8-Core FTTH Outdoor Distribution Box (NAP/ODB)

The Wolon 8-Core FTTH Outdoor Distribution Box (ODB/NAP) is a highly compact and durable optical termination enclosure designed for the "last mile" of FTTx networks. Serving as a critical Network Access Point (NAP), this box efficiently distributes optical signals from feeder cables to individual subscriber drop cables using an integrated 1x8 PLC splitter.

Manufactured in our Wuhan facility by a dedicated team of 400 to 500 professionals, this enclosure is engineered to withstand harsh outdoor environments. It features a rugged, UV-resistant black plastic housing and a heavy-duty rubber sealing ring that ensures a strict IP65 waterproof and dustproof rating. Inside, the intuitive flip-tray design completely separates the splicing area from the SC/APC patch panel, guaranteeing safe cable management and significantly reducing installation time for field technicians.

Compact 8-Port Capacity: Expertly designed to house up to 8 SC (APC or UPC) simplex adapters, making it the ideal size for small residential clusters and rural broadband deployments.

IP65 Weather Resistance: Equipped with a continuous, high-quality perimeter sealing ring that fully protects internal optical components from heavy rain, moisture, dust, and insects.

Integrated Splitter Management: Perfectly accommodates a standard 1x8 mini or cassette PLC splitter to distribute a single optical feed to up to 8 end-users seamlessly.

Smart Dual-Layer Tray: The internal flip-tray design separates bare fiber fusion splicing on the bottom from the adapter patching on top, preventing accidental damage to delicate fibers during routine maintenance.

Secure Cable Clamping: Features sturdy metal brackets and rubber grommets at the cable entry/exit ports to firmly secure main feeder cables and outgoing FTTH drop cables.

Easy Wall/Pole Mount: The versatile backplate design allows for fast, stable installation on exterior building walls or utility poles.
