The WolonFiber 8-core Distribution Box (FDB) serves as the primary interconnect point between the feeder cable and drop cables in Passive Optical Networks (PON). This enclosure is purpose-built for the "last mile" of FTTH deployment, providing a consolidated environment for fusion splicing, splitting, and patching. Unlike standard indoor boxes, this unit utilizes a UV-stabilized PC+ABS polymer blend, ensuring the chassis remains resilient against environmental stress cracking in extreme OSP (Outside Plant) conditions.

Environmental Sealing: Rated at IP65, the housing features a continuous reinforced rubber gasket and a dual-toggle mechanical locking system to prevent moisture ingress and internal condensation.

Integrated Splice Management: Equipped with a 180-degree flip-style splice tray that separates bare fiber storage from the adapter interface. This layout strictly maintains a >30mm bend radius to eliminate macro-bending losses.

Modular Interface: The front-facing adapter panel supports up to 8 SC simplex or LC duplex couplers. It is fully optimized for immediate connection to any standard SFP MODULE or ONU equipment.

Mid-Span Access: Designed with dedicated uncut cable entry ports, allowing for easy mid-span fiber access without the need to cut and re-splice the entire feeder cable.

Anti-Tamper Security: The reinforced hinged cover includes a specialized anti-theft bolt mechanism, essential for public-access deployments on building exteriors and utility poles.

FTTH "Last Mile" Connectivity: Acting as the final Network Access Point (NAP) in the Passive Optical Network (PON) to bridge the gap between the distribution feeder cable and individual subscriber drop cables.

Building Exterior/MDU Deployment: Wall-mounted on the outside of multi-dwelling units (MDUs) or apartments to centralize fiber management for 8 separate units from a single, compact entry point.
