FTTH drop cable is called indoor suspended cabling optical cable. In the optical fiber access project, indoor cabling close to users is the most complex link. The bending and tensile properties of conventional indoor optical cables can no longer meet the needs of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) indoor cabling. Therefore, in order to meet the indoor cabling needs of fiber to the home, we have designed a rubber lined optical cable with better resistance to pressure and tension, while ensuring flexibility and facilitating cabling construction. The optical cable places the optical communication unit (optical fiber) in the center, and places two parallel non-metallic reinforcements (FRP) or metal reinforcement members on both sides. Finally, it is made of black or colored polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or low smoke halogen-free material (LSZH, low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant) sheaths.

What are the types of FTTH fiber optic drop cable?
1. Bend insensitive optical cable

2. Indoor and outdoor dual-purpose optical cable
Indoor and outdoor dual-purpose optical cable connection terminals are mostly located in residential areas, streets, buildings or computer rooms. These places need to consider the flame retardant performance and waterproof performance of optical cables, so indoor and outdoor dual-purpose optical cable products will use fire-resistant sheath materials and use water-expanding materials to achieve flame retardant and waterproof performance
3. Pipeline optical cable
