3. Fiber Polarity

The three polarity methods Type A, Type B and Type C are used to guarantee the right bi-directional allocation.

Please Note: When it is connected with two 40G QSFP+ transceivers, please choose the Type B Cross as polarity; when it is connected with other equipment such as MPO -LGX Cassette, you can choose any of the polarities as you need.

 

 

How to choose a high quality MPO patch cable?

1, MPO fiber optic connectors in the docking, be sure to confirm the docking in place, in general will hear a "click" crunch, if not, try to re-plug.

2, the cleanliness of the MPO fiber optic splice end face has a great impact on the loss of the fiber optic link, so do not let anything touch the MPO fiber optic splice end face. If you touch it accidentally, please use the special MPO cleaner to clean the end face before docking.

In general, pull off the dust cap only after docking the MPO connector, otherwise do not pull it off in advance to avoid dirtying the MPO end face by the site environment.

3, MPO's optical fiber is used for indoor conventional sheathing, construction needs to be noted that the cable should not be dragged forcibly, so as not to cause fracture or damage to the cable.

4, do not pull or squeeze the fiber optic patch cord. When installing fiber optic patch cords, excessive force may put pressure on the fiber optic patch cord and its connectors at both ends, thus affecting its performanceRRR
